What final piece could i do for my gsce textiles work to do with alice in wonderland?

Basically i need to start thinking about a final piece for my textiles project about Alice in wonderland, I'm thinking of making either a tea cosy or getting a pair of plain white pumps and drawing on them and sewing sequins on.. :) Also i need some help on what different pieces of art work i could do running up to the final piece, e.g drawings and paintings?
