Tongue over the bit?! PLEASE HELP ME!?

Sounds like your bridle isn't adjusted right. The cheek straps should be adjusted so that when the bit is in his mouth you will see 2-3 wrinkles at the corners, but not so tight that it looks like he's smiling. You may need to fasten both the buckles on the noseband a bit tighter as well. Sometimes you have to leave the one under his chin a bit loose until you fasten the flash, then tighten it up before you mount up.
