WAS i RIGHT to have to do this?

I don't livee with my parents,my dad has run into a financial difficulty in his business,my brother and his girlfriend live with my parents,they don't work and contribute nothing.I have a bit of career I am a 30 yr old female,and single.but now my dad is always calling me at the end of month wen i get paid for money..I owed a parking fine,i paid it,but he kept saying he had gave me money back etc,as he helped me with heat oil in the house,so I had to repay the same fine AGAIN! ..now he is making up excuses that there are more fines he thinks!! which is untrue...he almost grabbed my bag the other day wanting cash...worst was i had to repay the cash to my little brother..advice?? while they sit all cosy i can't afford food
