Is this heart ache worth it? please help :(?

A few months back I became very close to a guy at work, he gave the impression he liked me...flirty texts, went out...very cosy but nothing happened only for him to tell me a while later he has a gf. So we agreed to be friends even though I wanted so much more than that, last tuesday we went out and he told me he and his gf had split up and things got a bit more than cosy (no sex) Am I a re bound? he hasnt mentioned it at work but we havent had a chance to talk properly. Whats going on? shall I move on? :(
