Does anybody know where you can buy replacement parts for Habitrail hamster cages uk only.?

I'm trying to buy a replacement for the cosy hideaway (product code:62930) from the OVO cage line, has anyone got any idea where I could buy one from. I've tried quite a few pet shops and the Habitrail website to no avail.
